Greenways is a Classic Homes new construction neighborhood on the east side of town. Greenways is conveniently located to the Powers Corridor, meaning you will have easy access to dining, shopping and entertainment. The community will have single family homes as well as Classic’s popular Midtown Collection, 4 Square Collection, and Townhomes.
Classic Homes has been voted “Best Home Builder” in Colorado Springs for the last 15 years. Building a new home is a very exciting time. At Classic Homes, their goal is to be the easiest builder in Colorado to work with. Their 10-step homebuilding process is designed to help homebuyers understand the Classic building process. The process consists of:
- Purchase agreement
- Interior selections
- Home start package
- Home start conference
- Frame walk
- Setting schedules
- Preliminary walk
- New home orientation
- Closing day
In addition, their dedicated team of homebuilding industry professionals guide you through the process. Classic Homes homeowners find tremendous value in weekly home status calls. Above all, from the moment you select your neighborhood and floorplan to the closing table, and everything in between, Classic Homes is with you all the way.
Greenways is centrally located within close proximity to First & Main and the Powers Corridor. Therefore offering convenient access to employment, shopping, and recreation. Greenways at Sand Creek includes an expansive neighborhood park and miles of trails that run adjacent to Sand Creek. The Community will feature a selection of ranch-style homes from the Classic Collection and future Midtown & Townhome Collection homes.
Similarly, the Greenway Sales Center is located close by off of Tutt Blvd. just south of N. Carefree Circle. For notifications on future releases, you can subscribe to Greenways updates and announcements on the Classic Homes website. When you subscribe, you’ll be among the first to learn about new homesites and available homes.
Classic Homes offers almost a dozen ranch floor plans in the Greenways community. The square footage ranges from about 2,700 to 4,300. Homes range from the mid $500s to upwards of $700k. Building your own home isn’t for everyone. Classic does have a handful of prebuilt homes in the area. In other words, get a brand new home without the new home process.
The Greenways community falls within the District 49 school boundary. District 49 is the fastest growing school district in Colorado, serving 133 square miles and 25,000 students. Nearby elementary schools include: Evans Elementary, Remington Elementary, and Springs Ranch Elementary schools. Your closest options for older aged children are Horizon Middle School and Sand Creek High School.
However, you are not limited to these schools. These are what D49 have deemed “Sand Creek Zone” schools. Many other schools are available further up Powers and into the Falcon/Peyton area. Colorado Springs allows you to choice-in to any school district you’d like if none of the D49 schools fit your criteria.
